Congratulations Shihan Con Kakatsos |
We are happy to announce that a good friend of this Dojo, Shihan Con Kakatsos, successfully completed his 5th dan grading at last year's Mitsumine Training Camp in Japan. It should be pointed out that Shihan Kakatsos at the age of 52 completed over 60 rounds of kumite in front of Kancho Matsui. |

Curcuit Class Begins 19 January |
Sempai Steven introduced Circuit training to the Dojo last Saturday. This is a new class for Dojo students and non-Dojo Students to take advantage of. The first class was a success and this will be continued every Saturday morning from 8:30am to 9:30am. |
